How to Find the Right Bulbs for Your Vehicle

Choosing the right headlight or fog light bulb is crucial for both driving safety and proper fitment. Follow this simple guide to find the correct bulbs for your car

Step 1: Check Your Owner’s Manual

Your vehicle owner’s manual usually lists the correct bulb types for:

  • Low Beam Headlights

  • High Beam Headlights

  • Fog Lights

  • Turn Signals

  • Daytime Running Lights (DRL)

Look for codes like H11, 9005, H7, H4, etc.

Step 2: Use an Online Vehicle Bulb Finder

You can easily find the right bulbs online by entering your:

  • Make (e.g. Toyota)

  • Model (e.g. Camry)

  • Year (e.g. 2018)

Try our [Bulb Finder Tool] or contact our customer support for quick help.

Step 3: Check the Original Bulb

If you're not sure, remove the current bulb from your headlight or fog light housing. The bulb base usually has a marking (e.g. H11, 9005, etc.).

Be sure to:

  • Take a photo of the bulb and connector

  • Note the shape of the base and plug type

  • Compare it with product photos when shopping

Step 4: Confirm Compatibility Before Buying

Make sure the new bulb matches:

  • Bulb Type (e.g. H11 vs. 9006)

  • Plug Type

  • Wattage and Voltage

  • Vehicle system type (halogen, HID, or LED)

If you're switching from halogen to LED, make sure to choose CANBUS-ready or error-free bulbs if needed.
